Signs Express makes black cab Wacky for Motoscape Banger Rally
Oct 31 2011 16:58:28 , 2608

Three women from Windsor, UK will drive across Europe in a black cab wrapped with custom graphics printed and fitted by Signs Express Slough for the Motoscape Banger Rally.

The Signs Express team placed Wacky Races characters on the cab, driven by Rachael Bailey, Emma Williams and Julia Ockenden – AKA the Arthur's Ant Hill Mob after some of the cartoon's characters – in time for their eight-day return journey through France, Germany, Austria, Lichtenstein, Italy, Slovenia and the Czech Republic.

"This was such a fun project," says Signs Express Slough owner Richard Browne. "We take great pride in the application of all our products as it requires much care and precision to ensure the overall appearance [is] flawless and are very happy with the finish."

The Motoscape Banger Rally is a group drive through scenic European roads for which participants must buy a car for £333 or less, or take one that is over 20 years old and decorate it into a 'wacky, eye-catching masterpiece', according to Motoscape Rally.

The women are making the journey to raise money for a local children's charity called Alexander Devine Children's Hospice Service.
