The Fifth China Digital Printer and Engravers Industry Union Seminar successfully Held in Shanghai

The Fifth China Digital Printer and Engravers Industry Union Seminar and the first general meeting for shareholders of DPES are successfully held in Shanghai Jinjiang Hotel, confirming the legalization and standardization of the Union. This event also indicates that China’s digital printing and engraving industry has come into a brand-new era of e-commerce.

 

This meeting is hosted by Mr. Su Dongwei, General Secretary of the Union and General Manager of DPES.

 

Participating executives of Printing Union inclusive of Qian Zhaozhi (Ya Se Lan), Chi Zehua(Gong Zheng), Wu Xiaoya(Tai Wei), Wang Hui(Fei Xing Chuan), Jin Lifeng(Xin Shi Ji), Chen Weizhong(Ao Wei), Gao Yu Bao(Rui Yan), Xiao Xu(Run Tian Zhi).

 

Participating executives of Engraving Union inclusive of Ye Zhengye(Luo Ke), Luo Qun(Tong Xing), Wu Ruiming(Jie Rui), Xu Youlin(Chao Han), Zhang Zhiren(Zhi Tuo), Cui Bingjun(Sen Feng), Tang Rihui(Shi Shi Da).

 

Participating lawyer is Zhu Yongsheng.

 

Over the meeting, Mr. Su Dongwei, General Secretary of the Union and General Manager of DPES, gives a report about the site selection of the 2012 exhibition, in which he suggests replacing Dongguan with Guangzhou as the base of the 2010 exhibition is necessary and feasible. He also illustrates the SWOT of choosing Guangzhou in details.

 

 

 

The attendants discuss this propose intensively. Constructive suggestions and in-dept opinions appear during the discussion. In the end, all the attendants vote for this proposition and reach a unanimous agreement. The agreement is as follows:

 

        1.Title Replacement —— The former name ‘2012 Industry Exhibition (Dongguan) Spring Session’ has been changed into 2012 DPES Digital Printing and Engraving Technology Exhibition (PWTC Guangzhou).

 

        2.Relocation —— 2012 DPES Digital Printing and Engraving Technology Exhibition (Poly Guangzhou) will be held at Poly World Trade Exposition Center, Haizhu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province.

 

        3.Time Adjustment —— The exhibition will be held from 18th to 21st of Feb 2012.

 

        4.Area Expansion —— The exhibition total area will be enlarged to over 55,000 square meters after the adjustment.

 

Since Guangzhou is an international metropolis, China Printing and Engraving Industry Union firmly believes that their headquarter diversion into Guangzhou would have a lot of upcoming privileges. The reasons are diversified: first of all, with its geographical advantage, Guangzhou is able to magnify the target audience of the upcoming exhibition, attracting both international elite companies and those down-stream enterprises in this filed. In this way, it will promote our industry’s prestige and corporate outreach.

 

Secondly, ever since the establishment of DPES and the transfer of exhibition site, the Union have enrolled an increasing number of companies within the industry, in order to reunify a sustainable development platform and explore creative marketing tunnels as a pioneer in this area.

 

Thirdly, to stand for the core values and symbol of the Union, DPES offers extra cooperation opportunities and better service to printing and engraving companies, and its progression has a direct impact on the development of our industry with joint forces.

 

 

After deliberation and further discussion, the Proposal for China Digital Printing and Engraving Union & DPES Shareholders Law Resolution is formulated and the Chapter of China Digital and Engraving Union & DPES Unified Network Technology Co., Ltd is signed and passed by the majority of the seminar. Plus, several propositions such as The China Digital Printing and Engraving Union & DPES Unified Network Technology Co., Ltd’s Capital Agreement and Financial Budget Proposal of China Digital Engraving Union & DPES Unified Network Technology Co., Ltd during September 2011 to February 2012 have been signed for approval alongside.
