Platt Retail Institute research finds effectiveness of digital signage for universities
The Platt Retail Institute has released a new research article called 'Digital Signage Content Creation and Management on Campus', which shows that universities are identifying digital signage as an effective means of communicating emergency messages and other information to students and staff.
The piece is based on a roundtable discussion with representatives from the University of Denver, Wayne State University, Marshall University, and Emory University's Rollins School of Public Health, which included topics such as funding, measurement of network success, and the challenges in synching different departments' content, software and branding.
