Mactac DecoArt DecoSatin is suitable for wall graphics and interior décor

A new wall graphics product line has been added to Mactac Graphic Products's range. Called DecoArt DecoSatin, the pressure-sensitive fabric media is designed for interior décor, including murals.

The first product in the line, DecoArt DecoSatin DA012, meets ANSI and NFPA fire prevention standards, offers indoor durability of five to seven years and up to one year outdoors, and is compatible with eco-solvent and solvent-based, latex-based and UV-curable wide-format printing technologies.

It is a white woven polyester textile, and has a clear, repositionable coating of acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive.

"Because DecoArt DecoSatin was designed with wide-format printers in mind, it prints vibrant colours beautifully, installs easily, and just as important, removes without the need for steam or wallpaper 'claws'," states Mary Ann Kucera, marketing manager for Mactac Graphic Products.

"The product line enables customers to create custom designs for both short-run print jobs and longer run jobs like multiple hotel rooms."
