ICA, an operator of 1,400 trader-owned shops throughout Sweden, has invested in an in-store TV solution from digital signage supplier ZetaDisplay. The digital displays will be deployed in selected ICA N?ra convenience stores.
The deal is a part of a framework agreement whereby ZetaDisplay supplies hardware, software and other services to ICA. ICA runs its own TV channel and, with ZetaDisplay technologies, can modify content on a store-by-store basis as well as centrally.
"We see the order as confirmation that ICA is pleased with our value proposition, and […] our digital signage concept," says ZetaDisplay executive Leif Liljebrunn.
