Neschen introduces new media - 'ideal' for pre-fitted stand systems
Dec 06 2011 09:47:19 , 1245

Neschen has introduced a new print medium ideally suited for use with pre-fitted stand systems.  The new solvoprint easy dot 100 solution has a 'dot-shaped' adhesive coating meaning that stand builders can apply digitally printed self-adhesive graphics quickly and easily - without the need for a squeegee.

According to Neschen, even untrained users can achieve bubble- and wrinkle-free results. The air channels between the dots allow the foil to be re-positioned if necessary on almost all surfaces.  It's as simple to remove solvoprint easy dot 100 after the event as it leaves no adhesive residue.

Companies such as Color Alliance in Vlotho have already profited from this new type of decoration. "Color Alliance decided at very short notice to exhibit at a trade fair and consequently had a logistical problem: there were no stand builders available," Friedrich Drinkuth, Senior Product Manager at Neschen in Bückeburg, remembers. "Thanks to our self-adhesive digital print film, however, visitors saw not white walls, but a professionally designed stand with logos and CA-typical background images."

André Kapsa, Managing Director of Color Alliance in Vlotho, adds, "Naturally, having the right material was an enormous help. And we got it from Neschen, in the form of solvoprint easy dot 100.  We are delighted at how simple it was to apply the material properly and removing the film, when we dismantled the stand, was also child's play."

Solvoprint easy dot 100 PE is printable with solvent-based, UV-curable and latex inks.  PE-liner makes for perfectly flat positioning in the printer.  Both the glossy and matt films offer convincing print quality and brilliant colours and no additional protective film is required when used indoors.

Neschen AG won the "Viscom Best of 2011 Award" for the selfadhesive digital print film "solvoprint easy dot 100 PE". In awarding this prize, the jury acknowledged Neschen's innovative contribution in the category "Large format printing/LFP".
