Print Solutions, Minneapolis, Min., announces that it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire Minneapolis-based large-format digital print provider, DigiGraphics, Inc. The transaction was expected to be complete by the end of Jan. 22, 2012. DigiGraphics will continue to operate independently and without interruption. For current Imagine! and DigiGraphic customers, it will be "business as usual." The partnership between Imagine! and DigiGraphics will expand the service offerings of each company and create new opportunities through greater capacity and resources Imagine! currently has locations in Minneapolis, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Dallas, Connecticut, Pittsburgh and North Carolina; and offers services including Packaging, POP, commercial Printing, UV, flexography and RFID printing.
