Mimaki plans to showcase new products and emphasise sustainability at FESPA Digital, taking place in Barcelona, Spain from February 21st to 24th.

The Mimaki TS34-1800A sublimation transfer ink-jet printer, designed for soft signage and sportswear printing, will be demonstrated alongside the JFX-1631plus and UJF-3042FX flat-bed printers which are offered with a choice of three types of UV inks. The Mimaki JFX-1631plus can print up to 1,200dpi at a maximum 23.6sq m/hr and is available with a post-curing unit and an optional roll unit, while the UJF-3042FX is a desk-top UV flat-bed machine which can print directly on substrates up to 5cm thick. All are supplied in the UK and Ireland by Hybrid Services.

The Mimaki TS34-1800A, suitable for soft signs such as banners and flags, will be on show at FESPA Digital

'Special and fun activities' from the Mimaki Nature Education Program, aimed at Spanish children, will also be a feature of the stand.

"We are very excited about the innovations we will be sharing at FESPA Digital 2012," says Mike Horsten, marketing manager, Mimaki. "Our stand will include both new products and new features, reinforce our dedication to environmental sustainability and showcase our philanthropic efforts.

"We are proud of the small environmental footprint of our products, an important factor in the sign and display business today."
