In a bid to diversify its range of products and be able to supply a broadening group of clients, UK-based Horizon Signs has merged with a number of sister companies to form the new Horizon Group.

The merger includes Horizon BSF, which specialises in the education sector, Horizon PTI, which focuses on transport sector signage, Horizon Fabrications, a provider of bespoke metal work, Horizon Powder Coating, which operates an on-site paint finish facility, plus Horizon Signs, which supplies pre-fabricated and custom signage solutions.

"Horizon has been around for a number of years and we've always tried to evolve to ensure we can deliver the best products and services to our public and private sector clients," says Horizon Group director Ross Ball. "However, over the past few years we’ve found our expertise in developing flexible new product ranges has helped us work within new market sectors.

"The formation of the Horizon Group just means we can work efficiently and make savings by producing more items in house and these savings help keep us competitive by passing the benefits on to our clients," Ball continues.
