Faversham House Group, the organiser behind Sign and Digital UK, has received 'strong industry support' for the first Digital Print UK show, taking place at Birmingham's NEC later this year.

Alan Caddick, senior marketing manager at Faversham House Group, says the reaction from industry members has been 'very positive' and that supporters of the show, including the BPIF and BAPC, have voiced their encouragement for the dedicated digital printing event.

Dale Wallis, membership director at the BPIF, says: "Digital Print UK […] will provide valuable information, innovative solutions and showcase the equipment which will allow the existing potential in digital print to grow. This will have a positive impact on the sales opportunities for businesses and contribute to the healthy growth of the printing industry."

"Events such as Digital Print UK are vital to the UK market place, particularly in these tough and competitive times," adds Sidney Bobb, chairman, BAPC. "It also provides an important platform whereby business owners can meet with peers and suppliers to share experiences and discuss the issues of the day."

Antalis McNaughton, Robert Horne and Mondi have also recently confirmed their support for Digital Print UK, which will be held between September 18th and 20th 2012.
