Ricoh has big plans for Drupa this year, with the firm claiming its presence there will be its ‘biggest yet’ . Ricoh is set to showcase a range of software and hardware to visitors at Drupa 2012, describing its presence at the event as its ‘biggest yet’.
The firm says equipment on display will be able to help print service providers who are looking into growing their services beyond print, or expanding their business into marketing and communications services.
“Drupa 2012 is a unique opportunity to meet with Ricoh, and explore how our proven solutions, services and business development supprot can be combined effectivelt ro help businesses transform and grow in print and beyond,” explains director of business development in Ricoh Europe, Graham Moore.
Visitors to Drupa will be able to see Ricoh’s TotalFlow portfolio, the Ricoh Pro C901 graphic arts edition, Pro C75` digital colour cut sheet presses, as well as the InfoPrint 5000 VP full colour continuous feed platform. In terms of new products, the firm will be showcasing its new wide-format printer, to match industry trends towards this type of work.
The Ricoh Aficio CW 2200SP features Ricoh’s liquid gel ink, which the firm says provides ‘high productivity and superb line accuracy’.
In addition to the printer, Ricoh will also be showing its new Ricoh Carbon Balanced Printing programme—the next generation of its Ricoh Business Driver programme.
Ricoh will also have a green focus in its ‘Environmental zone’ with its Carbon Balanced Printing programme, which is designed to help printers reduce their impact on the environment when using Ricoh machinery—with the benefit of being able to offer a customers carbon neutral service.
