Design software giant Adobe announced this week the launch of its Creative Suite 6 range and a new subscription-based web service, Adobe Creative Cloud.

The new products, described by Adobe as 'the ultimate toolkit for design, web and video professionals', introduce a host of new features to Adobe's flagship Creative Suite applications, which include Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.

The latest incarnation of Adobe's Creative Suite software sees 'major innovations' across its popular design, web and video products

"Creatives get a tonne of innovation across CS6, with milestone releases of all our flagship products," says David Wadhwani, senior vice-president of Digital Media Business, Adobe. "With CS6 and Creative Cloud, we’re also introducing new products, new mobile workflows and advanced publishing capabilities that show we are laser-focused on ensuring design, web and video pros have everything they need for the delivery of high-impact content and apps."

Jigsaw24, the UK's 'leading Adobe expert', has also announced that it will hold 'the mother of all CS6 events' at London's Renoir Cinema tomorrow (April 26th). A print and web design session will start at 9.30am and a video session will start at 1.30pm, with both events free to attend. Jigsaw24's panel of Adobe experts will also be on hand to answer any questions.
