South London-based Displayways has been bought by new owners, following founder Wendy Richards's decision to move on. In the past, the large-format graphics business has completed projects for Prada, the Science Museum, Hasbro, Seiko and National Air Traffic Services among others.
New managing director Rob Kelly and operations director Peter Sheldrick have purchased 100 percent of the share capital, for an undisclosed sum.
"Displayways has been a great success story and I am extremely proud of what we have achieved over the years, but it is time to move on," says Wendy Richards.
"I may well remain as a consultant to provide some continuity. I would like to thank all the clients that have supported me in the past and I wish all concerned success and prosperity."
Sheldrick adds: "Displayways has been successful over the years because they have always provided solutions, service and quality, at the bespoke end of display production. This approach is what the customer needs, someone to rely upon. We will continue with these values and aim to grow our market share by outperforming our competition in these areas."
