Konica Minolta is expanding its portfolio with the addition of three monochrome systems and one colour machine from KIP.
The KIP 7700 and KIP 7900 are 'modular, integrated and expandable' solutions for CAD applications up to A0, and can be upgraded to include a scanning functionality, stacker and online folder to offer finishing at 'full output speed'. Konica Minolta adds that the machines' small footprint and low production costs make them ideal for both PSPs and design studios.
Another new addition from the KIP 7-series, the KIP 7100 is an all-in-one monochrome printer, copier and scanner with stacking and folding options. It boasts a footprint of one square metre and is capable of handling roll or cut sheet media 'for better versatility and flexibility'.
The KIP C7800 hybrid colour and monochrome machine is 'an excellent solution for graphic arts customers' as well as CAD studios, says Konica Minolta. It offers large media and toner capacity for extended print runs and a number of upgrade options.
All the new additions can benefit from KIP Cloud Printing, and the 7-series will include the IPS 7.4 software suite while the C7800 will ship with a Caldera RIP.
