HP will showcase its Designjet family of wide-format printers at next month's Heimtextil trade show in Frankfurt in a bid to open up new market opportunities in interior design and home décor applications to digital PSPs, retailers, manufacturers and designers.
'Key solutions' from HP's latex line-up will take centre stage at the event, which is billed as the largest international fair for the home and contract textiles industry. HP will highlight the Greenguard Children and Schools certification of its latex inks, which also meet AgBB criteria for VOC emissions of indoor building products.
Education sessions will also be held on HP's stand, and the company is offering a free swatch book in advance of the event to demonstrate the 'broad range' of wallcoverings that can be produced with HP's solutions.
"Visitors to HP’s stand at Heimtextil are certainly in for a treat this year as we unleash the creative opportunities achievable with our large format printing technology," says Ruth Quindos, market development manager, EMEA Graphics Solutions Business, HP.
"Whether an interior designer, a wallcovering manufacturer or a print service provider looking for new revenue streams, HP’s creative digital solutions present opportunities for business growth."
