Following recent news about its support for CorelDraw X6, Mimaki has extended the capability of its FineCut plug-in with availability for Illustrator CS6.

As with previous updates, the module is available from exclusive UK and Ireland Mimaki distributor Hybrid Services, which advises users to search 'CS6' on its website to find the plug-in.

Hybrid adds that FineCut 8.0.1, the latest version, supports sign-makers by 'integrating their workflow'. Designs can incorporate cut marks which, after printing, can be contour- or die-cut to produce finished output.
