Finnish touchscreen manufacturer MultiTouch is following up a 'successful' run at the Consumer Electronics Show earlier this month with a 17-display stand at ISE 2013, which opens today in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Among the products on show will be its ultra-thin bezel (UTB) displays, Enriched Reality technology and an Android-based touch display.
'The world's first and only' ultra-thin bezel multi-touch display will showcase MultiTouch's 'unique' MultiTaction technology, with an array of six 55" (140cm) UTB displays highlighting simultaneous touch, infrared pen and object recognition capabilities.
The UTB displays will also run a demonstration of Enriched Reality, which features MultiTouch's Computer Vision Through Screen (CVTS) technology using 2D optical markers for 'real-life object detection to identify any object'. Visitors to the stand will be issued with personalised markers allowing them to tag content and have it sent to their email address using the Enriched Reality platform.
Among the other products on display will be MultiTouch's large-format Windows 8 display, a 55" (140cm) Android 4 prototype, as well as its Site Manager remote management software. In addition, UK partner Engage Production will be on hand to discuss its installation of the 'world's largest multi-touch wall'.
