Wide-format ink-jet printer manufacturer swissQprint has announced that it will relocate to a new, purpose-built headquarters in Kriessern, Switzerland, in autumn 2014. The new building, which is currently under construction, will give the company three times more production space and allow it to increase manufacturing capacity to 250 machines per year.
The new location is just seven kilometres from swissQprint's existing but 'cramped' site in Widnau, and will be on a business park with neighbours including on-site installation specialist Dietsche Montage Profis and excavator manufacturer Menzi Muck. SwissQprint's 40 Widnau-based employees are 'looking forward to this new infrastructure', it adds.
