The Poole-based company sold a Glunz and Jensen PlateWriter 3000 to a business in the county, with the device set to replace a high-cost thermal device. Intec claims that the move will reduce running costs at the firm.
“Replacing legacy film to plate systems and older CtP, which can consume large amounts of chemistry and water, is a major issue for printers and moving these businesses over to the Glunz and Jensen in the end is a win-win,” explains Intec channel manager, Peter Swann.
