Touch display specialist Tiny Green PC has unveiled a new plug-and-play digital signage solution, FitSignage. The system is designed as an economical option for POS, exhibition and information applications, and features Tiny Green PC's fanless Fit PC3 and FireCast EasyStart software.
The 'super-small' unit measures 19 x 16 x 4cm and boasts low power consumption, which Tiny Green PC says makes it ideal for prolonged unattended usage. The FireCast EasyStart software features built-in tools to help users create 'professional looking' content within the management interface, and content can be updated remotely via a web browser.
"For those requiring powerful yet energy efficient digital signage for 24/7 use, small fanless PCs have proven to be a popular choice," says Rob Anders, chief executive, Tiny Green PC. "Coupling the dependable Fit PC3 with clever software has allowed us to create an all-round digital signage solution in the form of FitSignage."
Bill Gerba, chief executive of content management software company WireSpring, adds: "It's clear that our software is increasingly being used in collaboration with highly efficient mini PCs for digital signage purposes worldwide. Combining WireSpring's software with the Fit PC3 system has allowed FitSignage to offer its users a cost-effective, high performance solution."
