Roland DG has declared Sign and Digital UK 2013 a 'roaring success', reporting 'huge interest' in the latest addition to the SolJet range, the 64" (1.6m) Pro 4 XF-640, nicknamed The Beast. The demonstration model was sold off the stand by Signmaster Systems to Kettering-based Pumpkin Print.

"The response at the show to our new SolJet Pro 4 XF-640 printer has been outstanding," says Brett Newman, technical director, Roland DG UK. "We had a constant flow of sign-makers, commercial and digital printers all coming on the stand to see just how remarkable this machine really is. All have been impressed with its speed and, critically, that it can print at up to 102sq m/hr with exceptional quality."
