Digital Signage Expo has issued a call for entries for the 11th Annual Apex Awards, due to be presented during DSE 2014 in Las Vegas, USA. For the 2014 edition, organisers have added a new category of Personal and Professional Services to differentiate between the general retail sector and services provided by banks, insurance companies, accountants and salons.

Only digital signage or interactive technology installed between November 1st 2012 and November 1st 2013 are eligible for entry, and all nominations must be received by October 4th 2013. Application forms are available to download from the DSE website.

Judges will evaluate each entry in terms of the challenge presented by the deployment, the originality of the solution and the success of the final result. A dinner for the Apex Awards, and the Content Awards, will be held on February 12th 2014.
