Digital die cutting systems manufacturer Zünd Systemtechnik, Altst?tten, Switzerland, announces the establishment of the Indian office in Bangalore, India, confirming its commitment to the growing south Asian market. By 2012 Zünd had reasonable success in this area with nearly 100 installations and the customers demanded easier access to service support.

Housed in a 2000 square foot two story building and incorporating a state of the art demo center designed to showcase complete design and cutting solutions for the packaging and display markets and other industries, Zünd India will provide complete demo, training and test facilities for prospects in the region as well as support the sales activities and provide service geared to respond to the local demands and expectations.

At the open house in Bangalore on 18th April 2013, Mike Zünd, CEO of Zünd Systemtechnik said, “We are happy to establish our new office to support our existing and future customers.”

Zünd also took this opportunity to announce the Zünd Knowledge Centre in Bangalore, which is aimed at educating the market segments on digital design and finishing concepts.
