Shuttleworth will showcase the latest developments for its MIS software at FESPA 2013 next month, it has announced. The company says it will demonstrate the 'ultimate tool for customer-focused wide-format printers' at the show, taking place at London's Excel from June 25th to 29th.
"We are aiming to use this occasion to inspire the wide-format print industry by providing new MIS developments and solutions that can be used to help customers add value to their business, increasing their business levels and profitability," says Paul Deane, joint managing director, Shuttleworth.
Among the updates to be exhibited at FESPA will be a new iPhone and iPad CRM app, designed to give sales teams access to customer details while out of the office. The Milestones job tracking tool will also be introduced, as well as drag-and-drop updating. In addition, a new Supply Chain Management product, which Shuttleworth says is a first for the wide-format industry, will be unveiled. This web-based tool has been developed to help PSPs get prices from their suppliers quickly to enable quicker response to customers' needs.
Shuttleworth will also demonstrate its new Business Intelligence Suite of tools including dashboards, customer-specific KPIs, user-definable reporting, executive analysis, web-based reporting and mobile apps for real-time analysis.
