Touchtech Lima has appointed DisplayLite as exclusive UK distributor for its digital signage software, which is specifically designed for interactive multi-touch applications. As well as creating opportunities for integrators and resellers, DisplayLite will package the suite with its own wall and table displays.

Launched in April this year, the software intends to simplify the process of content creation for digital signage, accepting as it does a vast swathe of common image, document, presentation and video formats on its Windows 7 or 8 platform. These files can be included via various familiar hard disk, sharing and cloud access options. Users can manipulate and annotate content with ease, with other familiar touch properties, such as pinch-zoom and panning, supported in the interface.
