Cork-based sign and digital print supplier Walsh Graphics has been appointed by Hybrid Services as a Mimaki reseller. Established more than 20 years ago, the company formerly operated within the litho printing industry, but it currently offers a substantial range of sign-making and wide-format consumables to customers in both Northern Ireland and the Republic.

Walsh Graphics is able to demonstrate wide-format print-and-cut systems with a MimakiCJV30-series device currently installed in its showroom. Included in the package are design creation, cutting and RIP software so that customers can see how a complete solution might benefit them.

"With the addition of some key staff with years of industry experience in machinery, we are continuing to grow our wide-format solutions due to the demand from our customers," states Michael Walsh, managing director of Walsh Graphics. "Requests from our commercial print clients for wide-format consumables and substrates have naturally led on to demand for complete systems. So, by securing Mimaki reseller status, we can supply and support a premium solution."

Hybrid's general manager for Ireland, Dave Rainsford, welcomes the appointment. "Bringing Walsh Graphics into our reseller network further strengthens the support and offering we can provide for Mimaki in the Irish market."
