Your Print Specialists (YPS) has expanded its wide-format demonstration suite, which now includes the JV400-SUV, CJV30 print-and-cut machines from Mimaki, as well as the Canon imagePrograf iPF6400S and iPF8400S.

The JV400-SUV is designed to produce glossy output with vibrant colour and boasts printing speeds of up to 18.1sq m per hour. Available at 1.3 and 1.6m, the wide-format engine features a three-way Intelligent Heater, which reduces ink-drying time. The CJV30, available in widths from 0.6m up to 1.6m, now comes with white and silver solvent or eco-solvent ink.

Able to print in eight colours, Canon's aqueous iPF6400 and iPF 8400 offer a built-in densitometer, hot-swap ink tanks and a 250GB hard disc, allowing for quicker sequential processing of several jobs.

"After a bullish 2013, which included the sale of the first JFX500-2131 flat-bed in the UK, we are particularly excited to be bringing these machines to users in the North East of England for the first time," notes Garry Brown, managing director of YPS.
