1. The cause analysis,
UV ink by UV irradiation, the use of different wavelengths and energy of the UV curing themselves.As a result, played a key role in the process of ultraviolet light in the UV printing.UV curing devices produced by ultraviolet wavelength range is 200 ~ 425 nm.Among them, the 275 - nm under short-wave ultraviolet light contact with oxygen in the air, easy to produce ozone, is a major source of excitant odour.On the reaction mechanism of it, short-wave uv light can decompose oxygen molecules in the air, resulting in a free oxygen, due to the carry electron-positron imbalance of free oxygen, so they will combine with oxygen, which produce ozone.These ozone are often unable to break down, will not only floating in the air, will remain on surface of printing quality.
A certain concentration of ozone sterilizing effect, but its pungent odor is annoying.And studies show that eating too much ozone, will not only stimulate the respiratory tract, cause sore throat, chest cough, bronchitis and emphysema, also can cause dizziness, headache, decreased vision, nerve poisoning symptoms, including memory loss. 
2. The method to eliminate
Aiming at the problem of short wave ultraviolet light to produce ozone, printing enterprise may or by way of transformation equipment suction exhaust ventilation facilities, workshop in order to reduce the accumulation of ozone.But when the equipment in the use of high-power suction exhaust device, can lead to uv lamp due to low temperature open the abnormal phenomenon, the workshop ventilation is particularly important. 
At present, there are tubes manufacturers developed abroad, do not produce ozone ultraviolet lamp, and has set up a practical application.Such a UV lamp to under 280 nm UV filtering (practice has proved that under 280 nm UV curing effect of UV ink is not strong, can remove), keep or increase the 280 ~ 400 nm wavelength range of ultraviolet light.In addition, in recent years the rise of the UV LED curing technology, because the wavelength is fixed, only in 365 nm, 380 nm, 390 nm, 400 nm, and other specific band to produce ultraviolet light, so it won't produce irritating smell of ozone.And UVLED curing technology due to low temperature, low energy consumption, print surface printing at present in some larger sensitivity to temperature field of printing, such as paper printing, film printing, has more prominent advantages.
