Kiian has showcased its new Digistar K-One ink designed specifically for the Kyocera print-head at InPrint 2014 with the aim of cementing its position as a developer and supplier of inks for dye-sublimation transfer textile printing. The K-One is designed to focus on productivity and quality, and is suitable for textile printing in volume.

"It is my opinion that K-One is the best ink for the Kyocera head available on the market today," states Roland Biemans, marketing director for Kiian Digital. "It enables better quality, faster productivity, vivid colors, superior black outlining and excellent fastness on a wide range of textiles.

"Moreover, it doesn't need any risk labeling and has been thoroughly tested at several sites across the globe. All of these characteristics make the K-One product a very compelling option for industrial level production."

Along with the new K-One ink, the company has brought its their industrial ink range for the smart printing onto tablets and smartphones, as well for applications including in-mould decoration and slide decals for safety helmets.
