Durst is pleased to announce the appointment of Ricardo Pi Martin Vieira as Managing Director of Durst do Brazil Technologia em Impressao Digital Ltda.

Ricardo takes over from Flavio Hirata who has decided to step down and leave this very important job to a younger person. We would all like to thank Flavio for his many years of hard work and success whilst he has been responsible for Durst’s operation in Brazil and Latin America.

Richardo takes over a very important dual role, as Managing Director of Durst Brazil and as Sales Manager for Durst throughout Latin America. "I'm very excited by the challenge this post offers me and I’m coming in at an extremely important moment, when the company is launching new products and solutions. This change demonstrates how Durst is willing to invest and improve their business in the whole of Latin America" said Ricardo.

Ricardo is highly qualified with a post graduate degree in Stratigic Business Management amongst other educational qualifications and 4 international coaching certificates. Although still relatively young, Richardo joins Durst with a wealth of experience of over 16 years in the digital printing market. His latest challenge was with the Océ - a Canon Company, where he has been for almost 5 years leading the DGS (graphics display system) department, as Sales Manager Latin America. Prior to that he was Business Development Manager for Latin America also with Canon and senior sales roles with Océ.

Married and currently living in Salto, S?o Paulo, Ricardo is a dedicated professional who is highly focused on the success and challenges of working for such a company as Durst. “I am a committed team player,” said Ricardo. “I enjoy working with a team, creating a good working environment for them whilst identifying and nurturing an individual’s particular talents.”
