HP is to feature its recently released Latex engines and Designjet Z6800 at FESPA Digital, which opens next week in Munich.
As well as the new machinery, the company will provide examples of applications for which the models are suitable, including banners, signs, retail and wall graphics, as well as corrugated displays and fine art.
The new Latex series, which were given their European début at Sign and Digital UK, are available in 1.37m (310) and 1.6m (330 and 360) widths. The 360 model is delivers throughput at up 91sq m/hr and boasts an ink collection module for porous fabrics. The Designjet Z6800, meanwhile, offers a 50 percent increase in speed on previous devices in the series, while adding advanced features for colour management, including an embedded spectrophotometer and chromatic red ink for a wider gamut and a more consistent gloss.
Also on the stand will be the manufacturer's 3.2m Latex 3000 engine, which can print in six colours at up to 120sq m per hour at outdoor quality, and the Scitex FB10000, which is designed to handles a variety of media and features a new 'N-up' option that enables users to print multiple images separately.
