Grimco, Inc., St. Louis, Mo., a leading wholesale sign supply company, is pleased to announce the completion of its acquisition of the Canadian operations of Toronto-based Proveer Sign and Graphics, Canada’s leading distributors of sign and graphics supplies and equipment. Grimco previously purchased the U.S. operations of Proveer Sign and Graphics in May 2012.

The acquisition combines the strengths of Grimco and Proveer Sign and Graphics by leveraging both companies’ expansive product lines and resources and Proveer Sign and Graphics’ local industry expertise to deliver an unparalleled buying experience to both U.S. and Canadian customers.

Grimco, Inc. will be adding five new locations in the cities of Toronto, ON, Montreal, QC, Dartmouth, NS, Calgary, AB, and Vancouver, BC to their market portfolio, expanding their presence in the industry on an international scale. Michael Bolinger, from Grimco, Inc. will be leading the merger process as the VP of Canadian Operations.
