More than 20 new features are present in the latest version of the software suiteOnyx has released v11.1 of its wide-format workflow product line, which sees updates to its Thrive, ProductionHouse, PosterShop and RIPCenter software.

As well as an extended gamut ink control in its colour profiling tool, which is now also present in PosterShop, v11.1 adds a dynamic multi-channel ink restriction to facilitate the production of smooth, high-quality spot colours. A variety of features aimed at improving automation have been integrated, such as unit sizing, disproportionate scaling and mirror and print reflection control.

Another inclusion in the upgraded software suite is the presence of a cutting specific workflow, while a cut path preview tool has been added to the job editor, RIP queue and job properties modules.
