Leading Edge chooses 3M materials in order to balance cost and quality

Following the broadening of the range of services it offers, West Yorkshire sign-maker Leading Edge has undertaken a partial wrap of a fleet of ten vehicles for SF Fire Protection using vector designs and 3M materials from William Smith.

Leading Edge utilised 3M 1080 gloss anthracite with text created in 3M 50 Series orange and white gloss. The 1080 Series is a dual cast film designed for flat surfaces and simple curves, and ready for application, while the 50 series is a polymeric opaque multi-purpose film suitable for applications from windows and vehicle wraps to banners.

"We use a range of 3M materials across all of our work for their quality, reliability and durability," comments Matthew Evans, managing director of Leading Edge. "We have developed a good reciprocal relationship with William Smith as our supplier; their service, advice and assistance has always been extremely helpful."
