In a strategic move to bolster their respective roles in the digital print market, Kiian Digital and J-Teck3 have merged to create a new group.
The consolidation of the two ink providers aims to generate more business in different divisions and lead to significant expansion on a global level. While both companies will retain their independence, they will offer a combined product portfolio, as well as sharing combined research and development and customer service divisions.
"The coming together of our two companies will strengthen our ability to service our customers world-wide," comments Dennis Wilby, president of Kiian Digital. "[It ensures] that the many years of experience and know-how of both companies will be of increased benefit to the print industry."
"We are delighted to join forces with Kiian," add Italo Mariani and Enrico Grassell, the management team from J-Teck3. "Putting together our technical, production and marketing resources, we are much better able to maximise the potential synergies and give the digital ink market service and support of the highest level."
