Brian and Sue Meister, owners of Lauderhill, Florida-based Image360-Lauderhill (formerly Signs By Tomorrow), recently completed a full-scale way finding signage makeover for Tree of Life Christian Academy Pre-school. Tree of Life Christian Academy Pre-school approached Image360 to fabricate distinctive identification signs for their classrooms that looked like colorful tree limbs, paying homage to the “tree” in the school’s title.
Image360’s designers developed custom-routed, tree limb-shaped shingle hangers, which were wrapped in digitally printed vinyl graphics. From each colorful “limb” hung the sign identifying each classroom. In addition to being much more appealing to its young students and parents, these creative graphics are highly practical: if classrooms need to be reassigned in the future, the Tree of Life school can easily swap out the hanging shingle to reflect the new classroom use.
