Following its launch at FESPA at the start of the summer, stock of the much anticipated Mimaki JV300 has arrived at UK and Irish distributor, Hybrid Services. The latest generation sign and graphics printer has already caused a stir, with positive reports from the European shows and a strong response from the reseller network in the UK backed by the first batch of machines all being pre-sold.
“The Mimaki JV300 provides the perfect blend of incredible speed and high quality,” states John de la Roche, national sales manager – sign & graphics at Hybrid. “Mimaki’s pedigree in making outdoor durable printers that become vital components of our customers’ businesses is renowned. The JV300 follows in the footsteps of the original JV3 and the more recent JV33 and delivers on every level: price, performance, quality and reliability.”
With a top speed of over 105m2 per hour yet a price tag that starts at just ?17,995 and includes inks, RIP software, powered take-up and a two year warranty, the JV300 is available in 1.3m and 1.6m print widths. Capable of being commissioned with Mimaki’s highly regarded SS21 solvent ink – now available for the JV300 in 9 colours including white, light black and orange, or as a dye sublimation printer suited to fashion, sportswear, furnishings or point of sale printing onto polyester, it uses a combination of cutting edge features to deliver volume production coupled with great ease of use.
“Mimaki has again demonstrated its understanding of and commitment to the sign and graphics market with the new JV300,” concludes de la Roche. “We’ve had a demonstration machine in our showroom for several weeks and the response from those lucky enough to see it in action has been incredible. We’ve already got a waiting list for the next batch of machines as demand has truly outstripped supply, so booking a demonstration soon would be well advised.”
