Black cabs: joining the fight against cancer
Tonight's Stand Up To Cancer live fund-raising television show will combine with real-time taxi-top advertising courtesy of BrightMove Media on the streets of London to drive donations and engagement.
Cancer Research UK's initiative will see the Channel 4 show promoted on the media owner's TaxiCast fleet, which claims that some 200 cabs provide particular visibility in the capital's financial district where other DOOH sites do not always penetrate so effectively. The charity joins a wealth of multi-nationals to have advertised on the moving LED screen sites, including Cadbury, MasterCard and various West End shows.
Claire Rowney, director of Stand Up To Cancer UK, comments: "BrightMove Media's digital screens are a great addition to our advertising mix and will reach a huge audience across London in a fun and innovative way."
