Stocky: the M2500i 2.5m-wide printer is designed for high-volume production
I-Sub digital has announced that the new Agfa Anapurna M2500i will form part of its portfolio from January 2015, following the unveiling of the machine at SGIA 2014 in Las Vegas.
The machine boasts an optional board feeder, which accommodates up to five boards at the same time, and uses Konica Minolta print-heads with six colour channels plus white. It delivers up to 1,440 x 720dpi resolutions and prints at up to 115sq m per hour.
"We're pleased to be bringing the Agfa Anapurna M2500i to our customers after its global debut in the USA," submits Andy Spreag, director. "It's a hard-working machine that will definitely appeal to sign and display companies that need a printer that will handle bread and butter work quickly and efficiently, while offering potential new revenue through a wide variety of other print products."
