The MTex 5032 Pro was released at FESPA Digital earlier this year
MTex continues to proliferate the direct-to-textile sector as it hits the market with two new printers it plans to unveil at Viscom Frankfurt 2014.
The company released the MTex 5032, 5032 Pro, a Steamer and Pad coater at FESPA earlier this year, and it now expands its range with an entry level direct-to textile printer, the 1.6m MTex Blue, while the MTex Vision at 1.85m is its offering to tackle the production needs of transfer print market.
The Blue uses Epson DX7 print-heads and produces up to 1,440dpi output quality, which will appeal to graphic displays and garment producers. The Vision provides a paper-free all-in-one process, incorporating a belt carrier system for printing onto stretch fabrics. It comes available with four or eight colour options.
The Vision is now available for purchase and can be viewed at the company's Technical Training Centre in Porto, Portugal while Blue will be available from January 2015.
"The direct-to-textile print market is showing exciting levels of growth, and it's becoming even more accessible, delivering really innovative new applications in an easy all-in-one process," comments Eloi Ferreira, chief executive of MTex.
"The last couple of years have been very exciting for us with the launch of the new MTex 5032 and 5032Pro, and the Steamer, Pad coater and W and D wash and dry machine for complete, integrated digital textile printing solutions. We hope that the introduction of the new Vision and Blue will give us another great start to 2015."
