Primesight OOH portfolio extension signals regional growth intentions
Nov 24 2014 09:35:42 , 1349

Primesight's updated portfolio includes a sizeable portfolio in Stratclyde, Scotland

Primesight has embarked on an aggressive expansion plan, adding 640 new sites to its existing out-of-home sites.

Part of the extended portfolio will result from the acquisition of 168 48-sheet spaces previously owned by JCDecaux, mostly situated in the West Country and Wales. The media owner will also strengthen its street furniture offering as a result of the agreement of a three-year contract to provide 398 six-sheet bus shelter spots in West Scotland and a five-year contract to manage advertising for a further 37 in Windsor.

"The expansion of our portfolio across these new locations and formats significantly strengthens our footprint," opines Naren Patel, chief executive. "Primesight has long been renowned as the outdoor media owner that provides outstanding coverage in the regions and I'm delighted to be able to expand our portfolio to enable advertisers to reach their desired audiences across the UK."
