Millville, New Jersey-based Designer Wraps, a vehicle wrap and fleet graphics provider, announces the purchase of Milwaukee-based Paragon Printing & Graphics, an apparel and offset printing company.

Designer Wraps says the purchase will allow it to offer a wide array of printing and apparel to its many customers nationwide. A merger of the two websites, allowing for convenient online ordering of all the company’s products, will occur over the next several months.

Paragon was founded in 1923. Initially focused solely on the print industry, it has since expanded into the apparel marketing industry in the past several years.

Founded in 2006, Designer Wraps is well known internationally for its work in the wraps industry, both in the consumer and business-to-business markets. The company is part of the PaintIsDead network, an affiliated group of wrap companies focused on the restyling market globally.

The company also has offices in Newark, New Jersey. Its main facility in Millville is 20,000 square feet and has four large-format printers, a full in-house design studio, production department and more than 6,000 square feet of climate-controlled installation space.
