More than 75 visitors joined Findlay, Ohio-based engraving substrate manufacturer Rowmark LLC in late October to commemorate the completion of its new 85,000-square-foot facility.

In addition to industry suppliers, both Rowmark and GoVivid customers attended the open house of the now fully-operational facility, Rowmark marketing coordinator Jordan Brown told A&E magazine.

“Our open house visitors were ‘wowed’ by Rowmark’s new state-of-the-art facility and innovative product displays featuring Rowmark and GoVivid designs and samples in our new product showroom,” Brown adds. “Those who visited were excited after getting a ‘backstage pass’ to experience Rowmark’s newest division.”

The event showcased the firm’s expanded state-of-the-art manufacturing operation with enhanced “clean room” technologies, including a temperature-controlled, positive pressure and static-free environment. The facility also features cutting-edge co-extrusion capabilities with increased capacity for growth, as well as an expanded research and new product development laboratory, and a technical center for fabrication testing and customer support. The facility also hosts a training room dedicated for on-site customer education.

Rowmark’s demand for space inflated in January with the introduction of its new division, GoVivid, which offers direct-to-substrate, UV-LED digital printers to its customers. Located in the same industrial park as the existing facility, the headquarters houses the company’s new engravable sheet products division and the building it is currently in will house the company’s Premier Material Concepts division.

“Our new facility brings so much more for our customers,” Brown explains, “including new product development, maintaining higher levels of inventory at our facility and a training center showroom that brings advanced engraving, lasering and printing training.”
