Placentia, California-based Arlon Graphics, a pressure-sensitive vinyl films, flexible substrates and print media manufacturer and marketer, announces that it has appointed Andrew McNeill as its new president.

McNeill brings more than 25 years of industry experience to his new position, including most recently having served as president and chief operating officer at Reflexite Corp. for several years and as CEO of Orafol Americas, formerly Reflexite. During his tenure with that company he helped grow it into a global leader in reflective materials and solar lenses.

In addition to his time at Orafol and Reflexite he has served as CEO and management consultant for clients in the medical device, industrial safety products, chemical distribution, aerospace, financial compliance, steel erection and multi-family housing sectors.

“Andrew has experience in leading and transitioning companies to make them global leaders within their industries. We welcome Andrew's experience and leadership to the Arlon family," says Neil McDonough, president and CEO of Arlon Graphics’ parent company, FLEXcon Inc. "In his new role as president, he will be responsible for driving our business toward industry leading customer satisfaction through execution and innovation with our partners worldwide. His results-oriented approach and ability to think strategically will play a pivotal role in extending our track record of manufacturing quality products, while helping us grow as a company and be prepared for the new opportunities we create.”

"I am honored to be leading this talented group of people and look forward to developing the Arlon mission of being the ‘partner of choice’ to our customers in the sign and graphics industry," McNeill adds.

McNeill earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nottingham in England and later his MBA from the Manchester Business School at the University of Manchester, also in the UK.
