Irvine, California-based wide-format printer, cutter and engraving machine manufacturer Roland DGA announces that Chip Bell, a renowned motivational speaker, best-selling author and expert on customer loyalty and service innovation, will be its keynote speaker at the company’s imagiNATION 2016 inkjet user conference on April 20.

Bell has written more than 400 articles for business journals and magazines and has seven national and international best-selling books to his credit. He’s also made numerous television appearances.

Global Gurus, a nonprofit that tracks the world’s top speakers and thought leaders, has ranked Bell the No. 1 keynote speaker in the world on customer service, and Leadership Excellence magazine recently listed him among the top 30 thought leaders in the U.S.

Bell’s presentation will be just the beginning of a day of inspiration, education, networking and fun for those attending imagiNATION 2016, the company says. The day will offer a slate of 25 educational workshops, all designed to provide Roland owners with information, ideas and resources they can use to help ensure the success of their respective businesses. At the end of the day there will be a cocktail reception.
