Montreal-based BroadSign International, a developer of an automated software platform used to deliver out-of-home advertising and other digital content, announces that it has been selected by Tonic Health Media in Australia to power its network of screens serving health care facilities throughout that country.
Tonic Health Media delivers health-oriented content to some 700 screens throughout Australia, reaching an audience of 2.7 million viewers per month. Viewership is expected to grow to 7.5 million per month by 2017, however, as the number of screens is increased to 2,500.
Tonic Health Media’s network, called TonicTV, serves general practitioners, allied health, specialist and hospital waiting areas. Full sight and sound video runs on 32” and 42” screens, with the purpose of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of healthcare in Australia.
