UTG Digital Media, an Ottowa, Ontario, Canada-based designer, manufacturer and distributor of indoor and outdoor digital signage products, announces the installation of its groundbreaking LED staircase, the first such installation in Las Vegas.

The staircase was installed at the new 24,000-square-foot JEWEL Nightclub, located within the ARIA Resort & Casino. 

The stairs are equipped with exclusive DTG cabinet design. They are shock absorbent and can display text, images, videos or a combination of mediums. They provide real-time programming and deliver visual content simultaneously.

The LED stairs are created by removing the front panel of each step—the riser—and installing LED modules custom-fit for each project. The top portion of the step, which bears the weight of traffic, remains untouched. A durable transparent plexiglass protective cover is then applied to complete the installation.

The elegant look is completed by thousands of LED ribbons that are blended in with the LED lights of the staircase.
