Invited by IBRIX - the organizer of Sign Asia, DPES went to Bangkok to attend the 14th eidtion of Sign Asia 2016, which took place in IMPACT on Nov. 10-13.

Same as last year, Sign Asia 2016 used Hall 2 & 3 of IMPACT, Bangkok.  Since now it's still in the country mourning period, the flags were half down.  

Mr. Dongwei Sun, General Manager of DPES, was invited to attend the opening ceremony of Sign Asia 2016 at 13:30 - 14:30 of Nov. 11th. 

The other main guests included: Mr. Sakkachat from IBRIX, Mr. Nopparat Maythaveekulchai from Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), Mr.Jakkrit Khemthong from Advertising Sign Producing Association (ASPA), Mr.Adisorn Sukatat from Thai Adverting Business Development Association( TABDA), Mr.Chokechai Meteeyontpiriya from Thai Inkjet Club (TIC), and representatives from sign associations overseas.

Since Sign Asia was first held in 2002, it has been the largest and most professional international sign expo in Thailand.  As an important market for sign and advertising industry in South-east Asia, every year Sign Asia attracts around 20,000 sign makers and buyers from all over the world.

DPES booth was located in Hall 3, opposited to TABDA.

Sign Asia puts much efforts to innovate every year.  In show 2016, there were two highlights.  One was the newly founded magazine - Sign Asia Magazine and the other was the first edition of "The Global Sign Business Networking" Meeting.  Through these media and activity, the organizer hoped to supply better service to exhibitors and buyers, and promote the industries exchanges throughout the world.

The 1st Global Sign Business Networking Meeting was held at 18:30 on Nov. 10, 2016.   The purpose of this meeting was to be a great platform for sign business world sharing knowledge, experiences, new technology and product, cultural and creative idea and skill from every angle of the world with cooperation among worldwide Sign Associations and Industry.

Only the executive guesses (CEO, MANAGING DIRECTOR, and PRESIDENT) were invited to attend the meeting. This time, there were over 40 owners and chairmen from Thailand well-known companies, Thai diffreent sign associations, out-of-home media, and overseas sign trade show organizers.

DPES was honored to be invited to attend the meeting.  The representative made a brief introduction of DPES Sign & LED Expo China 2017 to all the guests and sincerely welcomed them to visit the show in PWTC Guangzhou during Feb. 12-15, 2017.

This is the first edition of "Sign Asia Magazine".  It was also the official directory of Sign Asia 2016.  

DPES Sign & LED Expo China 2017 was recommeded as the top 3 "must-attend" sign shows in Asia.
