Switzerland-based Zund Systemtechnik AG, a manufacturer of digital table cutting equipment and supplies, announcing its purchase of UK-based Zünd Plotting Systems.

Zünd Plotting Systems had been the company’s sole reseller of its products in the United Kingdom. Now a subsidiary of Zund Systemtechnik AG, Zund UK will continue to serve the UK and Irish markets as in the past, but with the added benefit of being even more closely aligned with its parent company in terms of sales, service, and support of Zu?nd digital cutting systems.

Tim Taylor, founder and commercial director of Zund UK, will remain with the company, heading up UK sales. As newly appointed managing director, Stuart Cole will be overseeing daily operations.
