Roland Takes Business-Boosting Tech and Knowledge to Printwear & Promotion LIVE! 2019
Clevedon,
UK – Roland DG will be a key exhibitor at the forthcoming Printwear &
Promotion LIVE! 2019 exhibition, taking place at Birmingham's NEC from January
20th to 22nd 2019, with the goal of boosting the business of every delegate who
attends.
Printwear
& Promotion LIVE! is the premier event for professionals keen to explore
new revenue streams in these markets and to experience the latest technology,
with an eye on ways to improve productivity, cut costs and grow their business.
The Roland stand (G60) will therefore provide a showcase of innovations to
achieve all of these aims, along with indispensable expert advice.
The
brand new Roland Texart RT-640M will be a star of the show. Released in late
2018, this ground-breaking dye-sublimation device enables a choice between
direct-to-textile or transfer printing in one powerful machine – the first in
its market to do so. This dual functionality offers maximum versatility,
quality and ease of use for short run, on-demand production, with an
unparalleled price to performance ratio.
Alongside
the Texart RT-640M will be the Roland VersaSTUDIO BN-20 printer/cutter and
Roland CAMM-1 GS-24 desktop vinyl cutter, both established and popular choices
for businesses in the promotional clothing market, at an accessible price point
for those new to the industry. The Roland TrueVIS SG-300 will also be on show
at the NEC, demonstrating its powerful high-volume wide format printing and
cutting functions to those looking for an economical, productive workhorse.
Each of these systems is powered by Roland's advanced VersaWorks 6 RIP
software.
Roland's
Printwear & Promotion LIVE! booth will also include demonstrations of its
leading personalisation solutions, perfect for businesses looking for
accessible and creative ways to diversify. Among these will be the recently
launched Roland DGSHAPE LD-80, the world's first laser foil decorator. Designed
as a brilliantly fast, safe and easy-to-use alternative to traditional hot foil
stamping, the LD-80 can apply metallic, gold, gloss or holographic details to
gift boxes, leather tags and other small objects – perfect for customising
sophisticated branded items with an elegant finishing touch. For even more
versatility, delegates will be able to experience the amazing Roland VersaUV
LEF-12i benchtop UV printer, able to print vibrant colours, crisp monochromes
and even textures onto an astonishing array of materials, including textiles.
To
support show visitors in making decisions about their investments or business
direction, the Roland Academy will be heading to Birmingham for a special Print
Clinic hosted by experts from all areas of the Roland team. These daily Q&A
sessions are intended to solve problems, provide essential advice and to really
motivate attendees to develop a business they love. The Roland team will also
be joined by Alex Liggett, owner of The Vinyl Guys. Alex will be talking about
how his TrueVIS SG-540 helped him grow his business at a stellar rate and he’ll
also share his tips and advice for print service providers both old and new.
